Our Team
Cleeve Lodge staff bring with them a wealth of experience, with every new employee defined by their warmth, kindness, fun and energy.
Newcomers are asked to work a trial day so the home can gather feedback from staff and residents alike. Our carers are invaluable and as such, we seek to oversee a low staff turnover.
We pride ourselves on warm, friendly and approachable staff. We do not wear uniforms as we feel it creates a more relaxed and homely atmosphere.
